Panini
With the exception of the roast beef poboy, these are Italian style sandwiches that are smashed from both sides by a press that acts like a two-sided grill. You have a choice of white bean ragu, which is similar to baked beans without the sweetness, this savory side item has roots from Tuscany and if you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out. If Tuscan side item is not your thing you can chose from kettle chips or fruit.

Portobello Mushroom
You don’t have to be a vegetarian to love this sandwich; the earthiness of the ingredients go great together. 612 B.L.T.
Take the classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich and elevate it to the highest degree, and that is the 612 B.L.T. Pizza
A non-paid apprenticeship in Italy was the just means that brings you this traditional Italian thin crust pizza. This handed down recipe is the one that the cooks here at BIN 612 use to make our homemade pizza dough. The Italians believe that pizzas ingredients should not over power any other ingredient, and that a harmonious degree of flavor should be desired, here are some of the combinations that I love, or what the heck, we’re American make your own.

Brochette
This pizza is lite and refreshing with two types of cheese, parmesan, and mozzarella. Topped with a salad, yes, I said salad; a light dressed balsamic salad with fresh tomatoes, basil, and minced red onion. Sitting on the patio is how this cheese pizza should be enjoyed with a glass of white wine in hand.
Spinach Florentine
In southern Italy there is a small but brilliant purple flower that grows, when the pistils are harvested they become the most expensive spice in the world called Saffron. It’s historical golden color and its characteristic taste separates it from all the rest. Saffron infused cream sauce is the base of this pizza, combined with spinach, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella; this is one pizza that separates itself.
